The results of the Big Pheasant Meeting are...?

Did anything ever come out that big meets last year? We saw a report, but any real action? Based on the reports of trips on the forum and our own experience, the solution was "let's make up a good recruitment report and predict high numbers. That'll bring everybody back." Not being a native...

Unbelieveably lucky tonight. I was running Sam as usual in the local area. City has a running trail and there is a nice grass field next to it that is our latest free dog park. He was ranging a little far so I whistled/buzzed him in. He was coming back and disappeared in a fold in the ground...

    Best! Pheasant! Dinner! Ever!

Marinated in Home made Italian Dressing, De-boned, flattened, rolled w/Feta or Blue Cheese, diced banana peppers, and home-made bacon. Cooked on the Weber Smokey-Joe on the balcony of the apt. Fresh sauteed veges, and, of course, a nice box of red wine. An excellent January dinner!
