It's Official: Season has Started

In my mind, the season has offically begun!
1. Me and the dog started the Physical Training (PT for you Army types) as on 1 AUG 13. We got the roller baldes out and we are doing at least 3 miles daily. Mileage to incease weekly.
2. Made our cabin reservations at West Whitlock State Park for 2-8 NOV.

We have 2 new guys and three new dogs this year. A GSP, English Pointer, and a Spronger Spaniel.

Can't Wait!!!

Good to hear CF. I am debating if I should use my first 5days for opener or the first week of November. Right now I am planning opener, have a duck license to boot. :cheers:

We like the 1st week of the nov. It seems to have tbest balance of Hunter balance, weather and birds. we hunt mostly Walk in and some private land we have picked up over the years.

I'm to old to roller blade for the roosters. At my age, I need to block/post/cap to make sure I can make it to dinner!
 
Btw, Me and mutt aren't youngster either. I'm 53 and he'll be 9 OCT 31!
