I have been enjoying the cooler weather, but still waiting on moisture.
I did see three roosters in a ditch on my travels this morning.

What would you estimate the age of those roosters to be MR? Would you guess they are last year's birds or hatched this year?
Tender, very tender.
So what you are saying is they will brown up nice then?
I just heard a rooster cackle and a doe run thru the lot here at the ponderosa. All is not lost in the drought.
Beans are out and wheat is going in (by me this time around).
Byrd, should I save a seat for you at the UGUIDE/UPH table in MN at this years Pheasant Fest?

Maynard is loaded.
My wife got the trophy husband she always wanted.
You are the cream of the crop!
Musta been a short crop. Lol sorry couldn't pass it up.
This could mean a "lifetime" suspension for hunting at the Ponderosa.
Chris, I think Mr. Byrd and I should join you this year. Heck, I am retired (that means I cannot find a job worth taking) and Maynard is loaded.
BB, would be the highlight of my year to host you two at our table. Maybe we could even get webguy to come since he lives right in town anyway
Looks like a little moisture in the area last night and this morning.
Just said a prayer for you folks for the rains! Sincerely asking for the blessing!
