K-State Football - Fans

I don't think that K-State is a challenge to win the national championship this year, nor did I think last year. One thing I will assure you, they will be better as the year goes on. I am not sure the rest of the Big-12 will be! I don't think the top of the league in the SEC, is as strong as last year. PAC-10 seems good on top, as does the ACC. The BIG Rusty, without Ohio State would lose a nerd wrestling contest with the Big-12.

K-State does not have one of its stronger teams this season. The game against Texas who is not a great time, was evidence of that.

We have a week off then it is @ OSU followed by Baylor in Manhattan. We are going to need to improve our play, as I suspect both those teams are better then Texas.

Whether or not your opinions are valid is irrelevant. Trolling this thread is a D-bag move, please stop it.

K-State has a lot of work to do this season. Every phase of the game, pretty much... I think there are some really talented pieces there, the coaches just need to put them together in a system that will win games. I have faith that they will get better every game, they always do. If this turns out to be an awful season as far as W/L, then so be it. I'm still a fan and always will be.

The defense has just not been what it has been in the past. A lot of new players. The D line has a long way to go.

I expect we will improve a lot during the season, but we look pretty thin in some areas, and can't take much in the way of injuries.

The defense will be the toughest fix, I'm guessing. They will need a major breakthrough soon on pass coverage, or they will get absolutely thrashed by some of the talented QB/receiver combos in the B12.

Hopefully the offense will get clicking and provide some support in the way of keeping the D off the field and putting up points to offset the weak D. You know, if they just took care of the ball against Texas, that's anybody's game...

Please provide an example of me dogging a new guy wanting some help.

I just assumed the statement was directed at me.
I guess confusion happens when you have the inability to string together words into sentences, but whatever. I certainly won't lose any sleep over it. Is there an "ignore" feature on this forum? I'd be happy to take advantage of it.

Yes, John, there is. Click on your username at the top right, which will take you to your profile page. Click on "Edit Friends" below the pics of your friends on here. A column pops up on the left, which contains a tab/link that reads "Edit Ignore List". Simply click on it and find the poster you'd like to ignore and presto, you won't see their posts again.

Guys, we are just dealing with the "Shadows" of football.

Anyway, listening to Snyder's show on the radio on the way home, they were talking about Sams and letting him throw the ball. We will see how he does throwing it , in the next game I suspect.

We need to get him on the fields, but I am not sure that Quarterback is the only place he will play.

Thanks! And guess what? It WORKS! :D

The best football team in the state of Kansas racked up 777 yds of offense today. If we can get the defense playing better it could be another run at a national title.

Oh. Pitt is good but will have to see how they handle the bearcats when they play at arrowhead next month.
