K-State Football - Fans

I'm haven't read all 20 pages; however, after reading the last few, I urge you to somewhat stay on topic. There have been a few requests to shut this one down so I will watch it. Please, no Oooo, it's the moderator comments. Just be civil in your discussions or stay out of it.

That was better. We ran the ball better and did a better job of stopping the run.
Good to see the special teams and Defensive scores.

KSU still has some work to do. At least the weather will be nice... Too bad about their Big 12 brethren the OSU Cowboys... Yikes!
 
I don't like to be the guy complaining about the coaching. I try to keep myself in check on that stuff, but....

Running Waters? I just did not get that. It's like they were trying to prove that he can run to keep the defense honest, but they proved he can't. If they are trying to keep the defense honest why not let Sams throw it. I just don't understand that.

We are not a very good team this year. Having been pretty good the past two years it is very challenging as a fan to adjust to a mediocre team.
 
Kstate looked horrible and very unprepared for the game. Poor game plan and very poor at the fundamentals. Lockett has talent but for the most part looks like some poor recruiting.
 
We didn't play well, penalties and turnovers.
And still could have won that game on the road.

There has to be a reason that Sams is not throwing the ball. My guess is he is getting picked off in practice.

Seems to be a pattern have not played well all year. Texas is not very good either. 2 poor teams stinking it up. Penalties and turnovers usually are a result of a lack of focus and poor preparation. You play like you practice.

Now where does it say this is a thread for "Cat" fans. I am going to stay here and irritate. The truth does irritate otherwise you would just ignore my statements. Snyder is an above average coach and has been good for Kstate. But is no where even close to the elite coaches in the NCAA. He has the wins but with a weak schedule. Kstate schedules something like only 25% of it's non conference games against BCS schools. They stay at home and schedule schools like NDSU and this year it embarrassed them. And the big 12 is no power conference anymore. It was in the 70's and 80's but now it is basketball conference.

I had no intentions of irritating anyone. Just stated some facts about Kstate football. You had to whine so I did not want to disappoint. Have you ever done any coaching? What are your experiences in athletics? Just wondered where you are coming from and what your background is. My statements are spot on with anyone who understands the game, how it is played, and how it is coached.

Those of us that want to talk about our team don't care what the opinion of other teams fans are.

Go start your own thread about your team, your opinion, ..... and those that want to hear it or debate it with you will be there.

Or you could start a thread "Why your team sucks" it could be the most popular thread here.

So we can talk about Kstate as long as it is what you want to hear? We can talk about Kstate as long as we hide from the truth? They are not very good this year. Anyone with eyes in the stands can see that. Not a lot of Kstate stands coming on here to support you. I am going to continue to post on here and on this thread. If you don't like, you don't have to read it. Go "Bison".
