High Plains Drought Monitor 2012

SetterNut,

You better have a good pair of running shoes:rolleyes:

I said get the dogs on them, :D The dogs are young and fast, not slow and older like me. Maybe I will get lucky and find one that is not real smart ;)

If I get one pointed it will be worth the drive

BleuBijou,

Things are getting better for some. Hard sometimes to rmember what and just how bad things were last year.

Her's a snapshot of both now and last year at the same time.

Hope we see some better results again next month.

Yup Colorado and the Mt West were in good shape last year, but not now. I did hear that we (Northern Hemisphere) are now changing from La-Ninia to El-Ninio which will bring us back to a more normal "Spring" weather. We'll see I guess. I'm a half full type of guy.......

Rains are arriving in KS now:thumbsup:

Dad said he had .75" from last night thru this AM in C KS....too late to help the wheat, but just in time to plant some milo:thumbsup: That should change that drought monitor map a little, and for the better.
