Action Item: RSVP for you seat at table

Good news: I just talked with Carol Durtschi at Pheasants Forever and she can save us a table at the main banquet on Saturday night (or the dinner on Friday night) as long as we have 10 paying customers.

The nice thing about this is the table will have our name and will be up in front of the room so good seating for the event.

Here is what you need to do to RSVP your seat: Call Carol at p. (651) 209-4939 | f. (651) 773-5500 | Toll Free. 877-773-2070 .

Have your Credit card ready to pay for whatever portion of weekends events you want to buy and tell her you are part of Chris Hitzeman - Ultimate Pheasant Hunting Group. If you have already sent in your aplication or paid online no problem just Call carol and mention that and also that you are part of the UPH group. In any case you have to call Carol and RSVP for the table and which night you will attend (and the lunch too). WE NEED 10 to get one reserved!!! Please also give her you UPH Forum User name.

DEADLINE FOR BANQUET SIGN UP IS JAN. 31. Carol will keep the master list for the dinners and lunches so I will know who is going. I will send a pm to all those that have signed up so far on the voting poll.

In order to try and coordinate a get-together or two at Pheasant Fest I need to know the following information from each of you attendees. You can PM me the info.

1. Your Actual Name
2. City & State of residence (you can include your full address if you wish)
3. Cell Phone Number (in case we need to contact you at the Fest)
4. The days you are planning to be there.

On Friday it appears that the seminars will start running at 2:00. The Fest officially opens at 1:00. The opening is preceeded at 12:45 by the Bird Dog Parade which takes place in the Convention Center Entrance. If most of you that are planning to attend on Friday plan to be there for the opening I am suggesting the following. Since I have my Brittany, Elle, in the Bird Dog Parade what about meeting at the entrance right after the Bird Dog Parade? You will all then see me and know what this ol' dude looks like. When I know what I'm going to be wearing I'll let you know.

Hotel Phillips was mentioned... Are there any Hotels that are reasonable in the area and dog friendly? I need to bring my crew with me.

I'll be there for the whole show.

Kansas now has 2 young men on the PF/QF National Youth Leadership Council and I'll be chauffering them up.

I'll also be hanging around the Crosman pellet gun range. We will have a daily raffle for an air rifle and goodies with the funds going towards supporting a Youth Coordinator position here in KS. For $10 you'll get a $13 .22 spinner target (thank you Federal!!) and a chance to win the air rifle package (thank you Crosman!!).

If you see a white-headed guy (well maybe that won't work...last time I checked there were a bunch of us!)...with a Pass It On - Outdoor Mentors shirt...say hi!

Okay guys, we are only 3 weeks away from Pheasant Fest. I have gotten "ZERO" response to the post above. It's impossible to coordinate any type of get-together if all everyone does is say "I'm going to be there". At this rate it would appear a get-together in not going to work. But it's all up to you guys. 20 people have indicated in the poll that they are attending which is great. Are you all in favor of trying to meet somewhere/sometime, or not?

Wife gave the ok today for us to come up for the day Sat. not sure if the banquet in the evening is in our plans yet. We'll leave early Sat. morning so we can experience as much as possible.

PF Fest

Just called in and got a seat at UGUIDE's UPH table at the banquet Sat night.

There is still plenty of room.

See you there.

Safari will be there.

I will be a "Greeter" just inside the Showroom door on Saturday 1PM to 6PM.

Come by and say hi.

Carol, emailed me today and said she had 4 people signed up for our table and we need 10 for them to seat us upfront at a sponsored table.

If you are going to the banquets call carol NOW and reserve your spot please.:)

One week before Pheasant Fest and our get together has fallen flat on it's face. Uguide and I have attempted to organize something and the response was nil. I've heard back from 3 members. Thus it appears there will be no formal get together. I know some of you have signed up for the UPH table at the banquet and maybe a few can "meet & greet" there.

As I've stated before. I will only be there on Friday afternoon. I have my Brittany in the Bird Dog Parade. So if you see me in the parade and can track me down afterward I love to meet some of you. Or you can call me on my cell at 605-216-5646 and perhaps we can find a place to meet at the Fest.

If you want to plan something for Saturday or Sunday, and/or a banquet I would suggest that you contact Uguide via a PM and set something up.

It's unfortunate that this didn't come together better. We gave it a try. Maybe next time.

Any last minute takers on this? I haven't reserved a spot either, which is really shame on me.

Chris... If enough people reserved by say, Wednesday, would this still work?

In case you guys didn't my previous post, I'm not going to be able to make it. Turns out the 6&U state tournament is the same w/e. We have family coming to stay the entire w/e. My apologies if you were expecting me to take one of those spots.
