Here is info you need to reserve your seat at UGUIDE/UPH Table(s):

You need to call and order your tickets thru Carol Durtschi at Pheasants Forever. Carol will keep a name roster for each table reserved. Table sizes seat 10 and all seating will be first come first serve.

I will be going to every lunch and dinner function so please let Carol know which ones you are attending and she keep track so I can reserve seats or those at functions outside of Sat. Banquet as well. We did this in KC last year and it was fun and worked well and got to know some forum members very well.

The nice thing about a reserved table is you get great seating at front of banquet hall. The table will have our name on it.

Here is what you need to do to RSVP your seat: Call Carol at p. (651) 209-4939 | Toll Free. 877-773-2070 .

Have your Credit card ready to pay for whatever portion of weekends events you want to buy and tell her you are part of Chris Hitzeman - UGUIDE/UPH(Ultimate Pheasant Hunting) Group. If you have already sent in your aplication or paid online no problem just Call carol and mention that and also that you are part of the our group. In any case you have to call Carol and RSVP for the table and which night you will attend (and the lunch too). WE NEED 8-10 to get one table reserved and get as many tables reserved as we have people for. Please also give her you UPH Forum User name.

DEADLINE FOR BANQUET SIGN UP IS JAN. 31. Carol will keep the master list for the banquet. I will send a pm to all those that have signed up so far on the voting poll.

I haven't signed up for the banquet yet? I haven't found where the price is listed other than someone on here said it is $95. Is that correct? Do we know what time? Where? Itinerary for the evening? Attire? Thanks guys, might be kinda fun to meet some of you.

NO! Won't be attending any more PF banquets. Been attending local chapter in Iowa and they put my food plots in on my 80 acres of crp from '02. They came up and told me in'04 I needed to do more. I donated 2 guns and became a sponsor since, have 13 prints on the wall, coats, clothing articles, statues, over the years..., and they started doing less for me. It all went into their pet projects probably on places they have hunting access. Last time they helped me was food plot in "07. The money I spent, coupled with the money generated from what I sponsored was at least $800 to $1700 per banquet. Now take into consideration the lost wages, travel, hotel, restaurants, etc. Its cheaper and more effective to just hire it out. Called one of their biologists once, he didn't seem overly interested in helping me, said I should work with local chapter. That's not what you read about in their magazine.

South Dakota Tourism secured a block of 20 booths and approached me about taking one of the booth which they offered at half off. I decided to do it and will be located in 1424 and will be next to Game Fish and Parks. Don't tell them about our road hunting:eek: contest

Stop by and say HI!

Here's an update: the UGUIDE Table is now full. It is possible we could get another table if we get 10. I had talked with Lazer about hosting a UPH table and I see he has polled that he is interested in the banquet but that is as far as we got.

At our table we have my son and his wife, my daughter, one of my camp owners and his wife and one of my good customer/hunters with his wife and daughter.

Also, I found this exhibitor listing which is still in the works but this link should be good to use for updates. I know that the UGUIDE and UPH booths are not on here yet.

Also, the 3Plains/Ultimate Pheasant Hunting crew will be in booth #522.

If you PF Chapter has a website you might want to have a chat with them as they are now the official website builder for Pheasants Forever Chapters.

And speaking from personal experience...they do really nice work!
