How do you think will be the next Twins Manager?

I really think they need to look outside the organization. Someone not connected to Terry Ryan or the organization from the past or present. Fresh thinking, fresh ideas, fresh everything on how to put a team together that can win.

Molitor, Steinbach and Mientkiewicz would all probably be good choices if promoting from within, I just feel they need a clean break from the past.

I think Paul is the first choice of the organization. He is a quality guy, whether he can manage a major league team or not is to be determined.

I also think Paul is at the top of the list. But does he want the job? He turned it down in 2001. Personally I'd like to see Dougie get the job with Paul and Terry staying as bench coaches. I think Doug would bring a whole new attitude to the team and put some fire back into the Twins.

I wonder if Bruno will be retained as hitting coach? I've had my reservations about his ability but the guys were sure knocking the ball around the second half of the season.

And who will replace Anderson? I think a quality pitching coach is of the utmost importance to the Twins.
