Just back to work as I've spent the last couple of days at the cancer center in Amarillo. My dad has been diagnosed with Metastatic Lung cancer and it's spread throughout his body. We were hunting pheasants in December and now he's in hospice. Here's a pic from a couple of years back. Me, Taz, my uncle and dad.

Brought tears to my eyes. Lost my dad same way in the 80's when I was around 30 and he was only 57. Glad that you had some great times with him.

Oh man. Life is so tough at times.

I'm Sorry to hear of the news my friend. My household and I will be praying for your dad and you/family.
 
Our thoughts are with you. Your time afield together are among the thoughts that comfort him in his difficult time.
 
I want to thank all of you for your kind words. Dad passed peacefully this morning while sleeping. He will be dearly missed. Thanks again.
