Happy Thanksgiving

Just wanted to wish the fellow Pheasant chasers a Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you get to spend some quality time with the dogs and the families (notice I mentioned your dogs first!). For those lucky enough to be hunting on the holiday, I am very jealous! Have a safe holiday one and all!
 
Wishin the dog was invited. :mad: Wife says the dog gets to spend her day in the kennel instead of hanging out at Gramma's.

I already said it on another post, but a HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all - hopefully filled to the brim surrounded by those you love!!!

Nobody need feel obligated on here & I'm not saying any of you should follow suit - but our family has a tradition of going around the dinner table with everyone saying one thing they are thankful for, followed by a toast and a patriarchal prayer be4 throwin down on the grub!!! :cheers:

I'm thankful for my family, the soldiers serving our country, and the friends and mentors I've found here on UPH!:cheers:
 
Thank you Lord for what seems to be a never ending abyss of love, grace, and mercy when I absolutely do not deserve it! This is simply incomprehensible to my feeble mind! Thank you.

Thank you Lord for Life and living it among the handy work of your hands. (Especially pheasants!)

Thank you for my newly wedded and beautiful wife. What a wonderful heart and gentle soul she is! Thank you.

Thank you for my beloved bird dogs, and yes even my wife’s yippy lap dog.

Thank you for great friends and family, my church, priest, and brothers and sisters in Christ who lift me up when I am down!

Thank you for the fore fathers of this great and awesome county, and our beloved constitution.

Thank you for this website and those who make it possible, all those we converse with back and forth, whom I know at any time, whether we agree or disagree......if met in the field we would hunt side by side with one another like old friends! Thank you Lord. --1pheas4 AKA Nick

I as well want to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving, and I hope all have alot to be thankful for. We really have so many blessing to be thankful for. I hope the soldiers overseas have a great day and my prayers go out to them. I am thankful for all of you guys who are willing to take me to their favorite hunting spots , after February 1st though.:) Don't forget to tell your loved ones you love them and that they are your greatest persons in your life that you are thankful for. Give the pups a pat for me.
 
Happy thanksgiving everyone. I am thankful to live in the greatest country on the planet, and very thankful to all those who made it and keep it that way. God shed his grace on thee. I'm am also thankful for my awesome bird dog JP, I love you buddy.

Me and my brother bagged 3 wild birds and one plant this morning and are on our 4hr trip home for thanksgiving giving dinner with our wonderful family. It doesn't get much better than that!
