Can't view from work, whats the cliff's notes version of the video?

Break pheasants leg just below the knee, step on pheasants foot, holding pheasant by the leg pull straight up removing leg and foot with tendons. That's it pretty simple.
 
Freakin awesome. So simple, yet it eluded me all these years.

Wonder if a guy could do that with a turkey too. Might require a bit more elbow grease, but I bet it would work.
 
if it cant be done under the spur will it still be easy to do with birds after you travel home from out of state just wondering for some of the others who have to leave a foot or plumage on when they travel back home
