I have a 2 yr old gsp and a 1 yr old gsp and when I feed them I don't think even try to chew the food they just inhale it. I know it's not good for them at all. I have separated them and fed them but the still just snarf it down. Any ideas on how I can slow them down ?

Is it tough on dogs who haven't been on wild birds to keep going out and not finding any? I have seen a lot of negative posts on preserve hunting but with wild birds being so slim here in kansas I am thinking about the preserve just to get them some bird time..any thoughts on this?
