Are they the best team in the NFL, likely not.
They are in the playoffs, and that is a big step in the right direction.
 
I'm not too worried... we should have Houston and Albert healthy by the wild card game - and as much as I would have liked to see them come away with a W yesterday hopefully this is good motivation for the trip to Indy. Eeeep, 4th time is the charm? I'm tempted to make the drive out there if we do end up with an Indy matchup... I went out in 2007 and despite the loss, still had a great time. Indy fans are a classy bunch. No matter what happens from here on out, things are definitely looking up and you can't complain about 11-4, even if it was an easy schedule. Good to see Arrowhead alive again.
 
Best team I believe lies in the NFC West! I do believe everyone is beatable!! Chiefs do not need the game next week and the Chargers do , so who knows what will happen there. Maybe rest a few players would be smart for the Chiefs. Good luck !:cheers:
 
The different reason I was referring to was the comeback. I'm not a big fan of football, not a fan of any specific team, but this group of guys and their story is a great one. It's a great sports story for the ages, especially if they can keep going. Losing so many key players throughout the game is just bad luck!

Dangit! I was hoping to watch them finish writing a spectacular story about going from worst to first, but the story will actually be better if they get it done next season, then turn it into a tradition over the next few seasons......I guess I'd better learn the stories of a few other players or teams or I'll have no interest in watching any more:)
 
Horrible loss. Tied for the second worst in nfl history. Did the defense not realize the guy in the blue jersey named Hilton played for the other team? Good season. Sure can't blame this on Smith, he played his arse off

when i made the post, the chief's really had their shit together, surely not a chief fan but it is wonderful what they have done and at that time, how they walked all over the horse shoes

Yes he did great game. the chiefs had it and let it get away.
 
He played pretty good but when he missed Cyrus Gray on the sideline wide open it was equivelant to an interception. If he underthrew him we at least get field goal. Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers makes that throw.
 
Smith played real well, but all our horses came up lame.

Bowe sure is a disappointment.

But a much better year than last year.
 
Bowe is the most overpaid and underworked wide reciever in the NFL. And I think there is a reason he is underworked. Can't make a play unless its a for sure deal. There is not many "wow" catches with him.

Lame or not lame how they can blow a 28 point lead is beyond me. Seems the defensive coordinator can't make adjustments with the other teams offense.

But, much better than last year and hopefully this year they can replace Cooper with someone and find another wide reciever or two.

Very frustrating that we control both the offensive and defensive line of scrimmage in first half but get totally dominated in second half. Was not able to maintain intensity and/or focus in second half, I guess. Don't think any of our linemen were among the injured.
