Looking for a new hunting vehicle

They wouldn't be allowed to use the atv on public land in SD though, right? Other than a trail down to the water on a wpa? I guess I don't remember checking for that in SD, but in MN, almost all WMAs don't allow vehicles past the parking location.

Not unless they are using it for waterfowl decoys and possibly if they have a handicap permit
