Its a boy!

The process is finally over. I won the weight loss competition between my wife and I (which means I got a dog instead of her getting a baby). We did plenty of research, studied lots of breeds, looked at many different litters, tried to figure out pedigrees, and asked for guidance from all of you. But... When we saw this good looking sweet boy, we threw all that information and practical guidance out the window and took him home.

He is a 10 week old vizsla, We have not completely decided on a name yet but we are leaning towards Rusty. But some other names in contention are Comet, Cash, Kutiya (hungarian for Dog), and Vadász (hungarian for hunter).

Even though I am sure most of you are jealous :D Would you pray that we get some sleep these first couple of nights :|

That is one fine looking puppy:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Now go work on the baby you'll be up anyway:D

Actually, he looks like a "George" to me. :)

Then there's this line from a movie you may have seen:

"You got a name, boy? l will call you Caleb. lt is a name l have always admired."

Puppies are wunnerful.

Good looking pup!

Vizsla's are great; little high maintenance and sensitive, but they'll be your best friend immediately.

Got a buddy who just got a Vizsla pup...named him 'Fuego' which means fire.

"You got a name, boy? l will call you Caleb. lt is a name l have always admired."
