exactly...just read the ND GFP report on sharptails....same stuff, almost verbatim...this isn't that hard to figure out.

Did anyone see any mention of the amount of rainfall the state had from mid July on to when the survey ended in August? It is a huge weather anomaly. Why was it not referenced? You would think any good biologist would reference this data?
The rain was too late. The damage was already done. It probably wasn't referenced because it had little to no impact on the survey numbers.
