Them antics sound more fun than the hunting itself! I want in! We’ll have mimosa’s for breakfast…it’ll be good old badassery! So my cousin says, this guy is a bonehead, we can get the dogs by him without him even knowing about it. Lol
Haha I'm glad you have a good sense of humor.Them antics sound more fun than the hunting itself! I want in! We’ll have mimosa’s for breakfast…it’ll be good old badassery!
Mine are off to college so this is my first year without a youth hunter in the house. I resorted to guiding my nephews kids, the dogs appreciated the action. Helps to be with kids that know how to shoot. Limits each time we were out. This was in Turner & McCook counties. Not exactly the heart of pheasant country but they got their birds and plenty of excitement. Didn't see an over abundance but good for that area. One remarkable thing, some of them were noticeably heavy for this years birds. Early hatch/eating right? They felt like lifting a late season.Glad to hear progress going on harvest.
Hoping to go back to original question on this post? Any of you know any youth that got out and hunted? Somebody said one kid got two birds but that’s the only response?
