I have a friend who has a GSP/GWP cross. His looks all GSP while others in the litter look more GWP. A few monthes ago his changed from liver to black, at between 2-3 years of age. I've never seen this before, has anyone else?

Twice in the last week, the dogs have found something crunchy, they obviously want to eat, that they are coughing back up in 5-10 minutes. (closer to 5) My first thought is intentioinal poisoning. Both sources were 50-75 yards apart. Any insite?

A friend put 23 quail chicks in a pen with an adult Quail or two. Next morning, all chicks are dead with a hole in their head. Did the adults kill the chicks? If so, is this common? any insite will help. THanks, Rod.
