That sir is what I call genuine.

Stylin', mnm . . . could be a pic of me, except for the pheasants-in-hand, the hair color, and oh yeah . . . the hair. Fine wardrobes don't bag birds . . . hunters do. Well done, Sir.

What a waste of money! You don't need all that fancy-shmancy clothing and gear to pheasant hunt. I guess you're some rich guy who leaves the big city once a year to truss up your manhood by strutting around like a big-all hunter. Everybody sees through all that. ;)

20+ years on my Filson Double Tin chaps...their getting rather "Holy" these days.

Maybe Santa will bring me some new ones this year!!

There is a difference between ostentatious and sutibly accoutered. I think we need to take up a collection and at least get him to Walmart.

He looks like he is hunting for food. Poor guy, his vest dosen't even have any shells in it.:p

Carptom, you gotta give him some credit.

He got 3 pheasants without a gun, shells, or a dog.

When you're hungry, you get it done.

:D

I love the look as it's pretty much my look as well. I stayed with a buddy last year the night before we went out to hunt on his family's property. He's one that "dresses the part" and I just wear what's warm. I came in to the kitchen on our way out the door and his wife asks me "Aren't you going hunting?" I told her that I was and asked why she was wondering. She "Well, you have on regular clothes."

The running commentary on here from all your friends in the UPH gallery was worth the price of admission tonite, gave me some much needed belly-laughs! :p

Gee Wayne your hunting shoes are not highly shined. That is giving us pheasant hunters a bad name..........Bob

I have several shotguns, that old pump Mossberg is still what I shoot best with.
Original full choke.
That old gun has taken a few feathered critters.

Thanks for the responses everyone.
I do once in a while come across hunters that are obviously into appearance. whatever.?
The guys I was visiting with when the pic was taken were very much regular old bird hunters, nothing fancy in these guys either. End of the day we must have visited a couple hours.

I actually probably spend more $$$ on my hunting then most all of you.
Appearance means nothing.
$1,000 into MT hunting permits and licenses.
21 days so far on hunting trips. [3 trips $600 fuel per trip]
None of my time afield is spent in town or shopping.:)

Reminds me of the college days. Sweatpants and flannel shirts were the garb. I remember "guiding" my friends business associates on occasion and some of them looked like they stepped straight out of a magazine. I can only imagine what they thought upon seeing my attire and I was going to "guide" them. Too funny.

Nice pics MNM...
love your hunting clothes...nice real nice!
Your dawg poses are great too!
:):):):)
results are all that matters!!!
