We are going to try an use this as a signup sheet for who from UPH will be attending Pheasant Fest in Kansas City in Feb.17-19

Deadline for banquet registration is January 27th and the registration form can be found at the link above.

This poll is supposed to display username in conjunction with their vote so we can use this as a signup sheet for a UPH meeting. I see you have to click on the vote count to see the usernames.

Spence, I am attending the whole speel so we can get a table started. I have an extra ticket for entrance on Friday and dinner that my wife is not using if you are interested in it.

anyone else that wnats to join us at our table let us know. I tink tables usually seat about 8 or so. If we run over we can get adjoining tables.

I should be able to go up at least for Friday and maybe even Saturday. I've got to work Sunday so I'd have to leave Saturday night, or take a sick day, cough cough. What hotels are you guys staying at?

At this time we are going to plan a get-together sometime Friday afternoon. We will have to wait and see what the schedule is for seminars, etc. and see when we can fit it in. We will also have to try and find a place.

I have started a list of attendees. Along with your UPH name could you all PM me your real name, City & State, and a cell phone number. I'm thinking of possibly making up name tags and if I have your cell number I'd have a way of contacting you at the Fest.

jaytee, I am at the Hotel Phillips.

Every year I get a room via priceline. When you use the bid process you cannot select a hotel but you pick the zones close to Convention hall (I think zones 1 & 2). Hotel is 3 blks from hall and I bid $63 a night on first bid and got it. Try it. I always go for the 4 star hotel as you end up with a room that costs about as much as a super 8 anyway.

Zeb, good idea on the cell phones. I will get you my info.

Here's an idea. Instead of looking for a place to meet up, why not meet up at one of the seminars and we could all sit at the same table. Granted we couldn't do any visiting during the seminars but during breaks we could get aquainted. Wouldn't have the issue of finding another place, we'd all be right there. Just a thought.

I also have this signup sheet over on the QDMA (Quality Deer Management Association) forum and have 3 people from that forum signed up to go. 1 has a booth and the others have not yet committed to any banquets yet.

Guys, there are some new updates on the PF Fest Homepage.

Vendor Exhibitor list is now up as well as option for Table Sponsors which may be something I need to look into and will.

Looks like tables seat 10 so we know that now. Would be great if we could sponsor a table either this year or maybe next if this becomes a hit.

1. Any word on seminars this year? Schedule? Which ones they'll be?

2. Is the banquet like a DU banquet? Do they raffle things off?

3. Any CSA's in the area? Anyone recommend an area?

Hey Barry, glad to hear you are coming back. On your questions:

1. Seminar schedule will be out sometime in next few weeks and will be posted on PF websote.
2. They do some fund raising at the banquet but there is more to it than just the fund raising.
3. Not sure what csa is but maybe someone else can respond.

For the 2 guys I told I'd meet at pheasant fest, I'll only be able to attend Saturday. The 6&U state championships are in Ottawa Sunday the 19th.
