Shoot me a PM and let me know if you can go March 3rd so I can get a head count. Do we want this to be an all rooster event or with the lack of birds and some of the price hikes ive seen. Should I also check on Chuckar? Then maybe jeff and I will do some checking on places. That work for you Jeff?
 
March 3rd works. I know traxlers still has birds..caribou has some but they increased there prices so its not very practical.

Works for me. Everyone email Tbear if you would like to participate in a hunt on March 3rd.

I am ok with whatever birds are available. After we see how much interest there is, we can find a place. We can try the place we went last year or somewhere else, it doesn't matter to me. I would think South Central Minnesota would work best for the most people.
 
I think Granite Falls area worked out real nice. We had plenty of space to run dogs and our own room for lunch. Last time I was there it was hens only I'm fine with that lets just go have some fun I think its more of a get together than a hunt.

I willl try to make March 3 work for me I get the new pup on the 2nd Sooo we'll see how it all go's

Just got off the Phone with Terry from Heartland Preserve in Granite Falls. They are out of Birds. He is not sure when he will have some again. Jeff didnt you say you have a place up by you? Maybe see what they say about phez or chuckar. Thanks
 
I called Sand Pines he has birds but he is not sure for how long. Is everyone ok with going there. Need to know ASAP. What are we thinking 3 birds per person?
 
i am ok with 3 or 20 birds. always a good time. hopefully someone has been to this place. i know i tried to make weekend reservations there like 5 times and they were always booked so someone must think its a good place.
 
There is a nice place by St Cloud, but I don't think it would accommodate this large of a group very well.

I apologize for not getting back to you guys right away. We are doing a big remodel on a house I just bought and have been tied up.

I will call around Monday morning on some places a little north to see what I can dig up.
 
I am having a tough time findIng a place with enough birds to commit to us.

Glendorado in Princeton can accommodate us for $19.50 per bird. I have shot there. Very nice people. The grounds are fair, not great, not horrible.

Your thoughts?
