Three hole dog boxes

Just curious if any of you use three hole dog boxes for your dogs. I am looking at expanding my kennel here soon and when I look at most manufacturers box dimensions they seem quite small on the inside. I will be transporting GSPs and am curious to what you guys have for box sizes and what breeds you fit in them. Is there room for dogs to get comfortable, etc... Thanks in advance.

I have a three hole Ainley SS box. I don't know the dimensions off hand but my 70-78 lbs labs are happy. Personally I think most people go way to big. For safe transport your dog should not be able to fully stand. A bit snug is way more safe!

I agree with Gatzby. I was first on scene of a T-bone accident and it was clear that the dogs did better because they were closely contained. I took the dogs to the vet's office while the ambulance took the hunters to the hospital. The dogs came out OK. The people had some healing to do.
