Holy buckets look at the 10 day forecast and we got 2 days in the 80's and a day or 2 where the winds are up in the 20's a crops are going to dry down quick. Chance of rain about this time next week but this is a real nice stretch of weather. I bet they get most of the beans out by this time next week and probably some corn but most farmers leave corn to dry down if they have beans to finish harvesting yet.
The harvest numbers were behind the 5 year average but beans will surpass it and then hopefully corn will too after the beans come out.
I think if the corn can stay ahead of the 5 year average the pheasant season in SD will be stellar. So far so good.
