I think thats the same cloud that has gone over the house every week or two all summer here. Thank God it has always moved on doing nothing to us, hardly even rain. Not so fortunate for areas near by shortly after. But it had us running for cover almost weekly. It is getting old. Rain is fine but tornados we can live without. We have had 5 touch down with in 10 miles so far this year. One was about a mile and a half away, which took a barn and grove. It is wierd when something like that is over head but it does not even rain untill it is past us.

when was this? i live in Pierre, i havent seen that kind of cloud.. howver i was gone two weekend ago to Winner, SD and knew there was a storm abrewing.. so im guessing it was that weekend?
SD may seem flat to most that just travel by on the interstate but it has some of the most interesting weather extremes I can imagine. Constant variety.
