Lost a best friend

My Harley dog was taken from me today. She was no hunting dog but a part of the family who brought us endless joy everyday. At 16lbs she was the un deniable matriarch of the pack. I love you Harley and I hope there are lots off balls to chase and squeaker toys to kill where you are now.

She always loved her nap time.

And she loved to go fishing.

Always tough to lose a dog. Get another so it has as good a home as did Harley.

Sorry to hear about Harley. Sure does make for a crappy day, hell week. She was loved and thats all that mattered to her. RIP

I am sure everyone here feels your pain, yeah getting another dog helps but you will know when it is right. There is something about a pup running around htat helps take misery away.

Thanks guys, we're having a tough day but we have lots of good memories of the old girl. I got her on my 18th birthday and she would have been 9yrs old in August, to young for a little dog to go. I'm sure there will be another JRT in my life, I'm just not sure how soon.

Robert,

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's never easy to lose a pet. Here is to Harley Rest in peace.

Sorry for your loss. I still miss my old dogs even years later.

Sounds like she was a great dog and had a great life.

Nine is very young for a JR,but any age would have been to young to lose a dear friend. When I get to heaven I'm going to ask the Lord why he gave our closest friends such short life spans, it's just not fair. My condolences to you and your family, we have all felt the same pain and unfortunately will feel it again. God speed Harley!

My condolences & prayers are with you.
