Wonderful photos as always! Thank you.

Looks like that last rooster is starting to molt a bit.

I never took the time to look at this post! What awesome shots some of you guys get. I am always to busy with the shotgun to stop and take the pic with a camera. Hats off to you guys for taking the time. I can't imagine how many shots you take to get one that is actually good enough to post.

Yes, there are some nice shots here. I really enjoy taking, and viewing photos of these birds. Pheasants will always be beautiful birds. I'm very glad that you may enjoy some of my pics.

This lady was nice enough to pose for me while her little ones scooted into the weeds......

Awesome pics as always hettmoe. I don't know if you covered it or not but what kind of camera are you using? I just got a nikkon d3300 and haven't figured it out yet. I saw three pairs of quail together today that had broods of 10-12 each in different age classes from golf ball sized to nearly full grown and couldn't get a decent picture to save my life. I guess shooting from a boat might have made it a little tougher too.

Thanks, quail hound. I am a Nikon guy. I use a d90 and a d7000 with either a 55-300 or a 300 f4 lens for my pheasant photos.

Hettmoe, I hope you are still taking great pics. I look for new ones from you nearly everyday! Please don't stop sharing, you've got a great eye and talent for taking pics. Living in Eastern Oklahoma where there are no Pheasants this is the next best thing for me.

Thank you for the kind words. I am very glad that you enjoy some of my photos. I really enjoy taking them and sharing them with people like you:) I don't always remember which ones I have posted.....I try to rely on a failing memory system.
