Bought the gun in Feb. and only ran about 12-15 shells through it checking patterns. Just love it. It does have the kick off which really makes it sweet. My second beretta, liking them both, but this gun comes up so nice and effortless. Heading out west in two weeks and looking forward to shot some birds.
 
I've been kicking around with the idea of getting an A400 20ga. only I'm actually leaning toward the Xcel sporting model in a 30". I know... I know... that blue receiver aka "Smurf gun" :D may not appeal to many folks, but it's the barrel length that I'm after and i'm not sure you can get a 30 in the standard field model?

I looked pretty hard at the xcel sporting. I thought the blue receiver looked cool myself. Ultimately I didn't want the extra two inches of barrel. My beretta over and under has a 26" barrel and swings nice for me. Either one will be a great choice for you.
