Good news in the farm bill

Senate passed it last year. House froze it out. I am dubious about what " lesser restrictions" will be agreed upon, in the final version.
 
I'm not sure that combining two programs in one bill, is smart business. It will allow the political finger pointing mess to continue. I will be surprised if it passes. :rolleyes:
 
Tying conservation to subsidies in the crop insurance program is a move in the right direction for taxpayers. Though I still don't know what this looks like as there are no examples given in the article. So it "sounds good".
