Are you better at sporting clays or wild birds?

I didn't hate trap. I shot for a few years. Was pretty good. It's just pretty boring. And as far as helping my shooting, I never thought it mimicked the quail I hunted. Sporting clays helped me a lot but still a lot of shots I'd never get in real life. Skeet, on the other hand was fun, challenging, and I thought it mimicked a lot of my shots. I shot sporting clays and skeet with a low gun. I tried to do it with trap but couldn't hit crap..
