Anyone adding a dog this year?

You guys are making me jealous. We had to put down our 11 year old lab in February. Normally we would be taking on a new pup this spring but my wife is having some health issues so we've decided to wait until next spring. I'll be feeling a bit "under-dogged" this fall with only one dog hunting, but I've done it before. Hopefully she stays healthy. I'm 72 so whatever we end up with next spring will likely be my last dog, which honestly is a bit scary, but I have to be realistic and fair to the dogs.

For anyone wanting a unique bird dog. Sire just missed a VC. I believe they got Tanzee around a year old and took it slow with her as they were pushing Quigley for the VC. Nice calm dogs to be around.

I will have this one in the field this fall. She's a Braque Francais out of High Ridge Gundogs. She's already a lot bigger.
