I have pulled a couple of muscles before. That's what I called it anyways because I never went to the doctor. One from hunting all day in CRP. with a snow. It was that muscle on top of your femur that lifts your leg. The other was a groin muscle from pulling cockle burs for two days. Mine plagued me for a long time. I have two buddies and a brother who are plagued with leg cramps after a big hunt. My brother takes some kind of anti-cramp supplement he buys from Amazon. One buddy keeps apple sider vinegar in his truck, takes a sip after a hunt. The other drinks pickle juice. I think they all work. Be careful about that 64 oz of water that Wksbowhunter recommended. I'm sure it works for him but might not be for everyone. I have a friend who was an athlete in his earlier years. Played college football. For whatever reason started drinking 1-2 gallons of water a day last summer. Almost killed him.
