2023 Season Pictures of Birds, Guns And Dogs

Hey all, thought some of you might be interested in posting pictures of your hunts, guns and dogs.

Guess I'll start it off

Last Saturday, only was able to get out for a short time. Used my Uggie 16ga 1030

Today, wind was terrible, 25mph. Saw plenty of birds...all spooky, only the hens held. Was able to get one. Addie did well considering the wind

Hey all, my son Jim and I went out for a couple hours today. Didn't do too bad. Always great to hunt with my son.

Raina did well, nice stanch points.

Jim used his 12ga V. S. 3EC and I used my 12b Cogswell and Harrison Konor

Huns a bit spooky with high winds >25 and cloudy skies this year. Josie on her game.

Hey all, went out solo today. Saw plenty of birds, but flushed wild. Was lucky to get this one. It was, hot, dry and no wind......perfect for the dog to scent!!!

The birds heard you coming and that was it. A couple did hold, but flushed on the other side of the cover, couldn't get a shot.

Addie did well considering.

I used my Arretta 16ga 871

Something about those black Labs. I watched him direct one of his on a nice retrieve in a milo field last year. It was shot at and flew in a couple hundred yards away. Like finding a needle in a haystack

Discovered a new track of land that looked "birdy" and it didn't disappoint. Three unlucky roosters today.

Hey all, good day today. Was able to limit in 45min. Saw a lot of birds. My 10 year old GSP, Raina did great today. Seeing her in the field, you'd think she was 5 or 6.

Used my 16ga Garbi 100

Thanks G! My brother and I were there for 4 days. With 2@ 8 yr old GSP, 1 @ 4 yr, and a 1 yr old that flipped a switch on this trip!
