Does anyone know if West Virginia has a wild pheasant population? A client sent me a pheasant (lighter in color/"Chinese" like) today that he shot in WV. By all indications he seems to be a wild 2 year old bird:confused:. His crop is full of seeds. Not sure exactly what he's been surviving...

The 2014 Wisconsin pheasant stamp has been chosen. Found it on the Pheasants Forever Facebook page. Now if I could just find a way to get the actual stamp after I purchase it and not just words on my license stating I've purchased the stamp:rolleyes: Illinois and SD do the same thing...
