I went out this afternoon it was pretty lame but we are on the board. Full day tomorrow and maybe a half a day Tuesday. Hopefully it picks up

Im going to get down there after Christmas, thats the plan anyway. Some of what he hunted was public so it could of been pen raised birds but he did say they heard a rooster in standing corn on a piece of private. Standing corn still

Where I’m at maybe at maybe 50 percent? standing. Little bit wetter than I thought it was going to be but supposed to blow like hell Tuesday. The cover is thick I’m cramping up as we speak.

So I am about 99% sure it used to be the first weekend in November. Kansas was always second weekend and in the northwest part of Kansas you couldn’t find a last second room that weekend. We stayed in Alma Nebraska more than once that second weekend after the opening crew had left.
