Can't believe C.U. got screwed like that!! A total failure by the comittee !!! I was glad we were going to have two teams in and make my bracket fun this year!!!!! We have U.N.C. and that's it!!! Hats off to the boy's from my old school!!!! Anyone else filling out brackets ??????
 
i would agree that colorado got screwed. I will miss them in the big 12 each year. They lost some some games early that they should have won. I think KU has a great chance this year. It is going to come down to Taylor and whether or not he can run the point without a bunch of turnovers. He sure had a good game in the finals. My final four is KU,KSU,SYR,Duke. How about you?
 
Still working my picks!!! I like defense!! So i am choosing some good defensive teams!!! Can't go too wrong with the Jayhawks or Duke!!!!!:cheers:
 
When you look at schools that were invited, at large, omission of Colorado, is idefensible. Highly entertaining team, with a couple of NBA players. You wonder how hard Dan Beebe lobbied for them, given they are moving to the Pac10 next year. I wouldn't put much hope in the Jayhawk defense either. I have watched them give up easy points all year, they certainly can play defense, but will they? If they have 5 for 25 night from 3 land like in the Big 12 Tournament, in the NCAA's any time after the first round, and they have done it before, they will exit again as under achievers. Lots of teams with flaws, might make for a wild ride.
 
UAB got stomped last night. That should really make Colorado feel good, since theygot one of their spots.

Got'em going to the final, but they lost the coin flip with the Jayhawks!!!! Now it is set and I will watch my bracket blow up after day one and enjoy some cold one's watching the only basketball I watch all year. This is what basketball is suppose to be , fun to watch!!!!! Love March Madness!!!!:cheers:

Da BEARS!!!!!!!!!! Even with a loss today: What a GREAT season!!!!!! Haven't had much to cheer about from up there lately, so great to see them top the Big SKY.....
Final 4 includes ND, Pitt, Syracuse, Duke....
1 beer for each game lost is a great idea.......hope I don't run out of beer to soon!

Yes, would not trade it for anything!!! I played baseball there for 3 years after spending one season at Yavapai JC in Prescott, Arizona. I enjoyed it all!!! I am getting my butt kicked though in this tourney and will need a trip to the Liquor store yet today to get restocked. Good games though!!!!:10sign::cheers:
 
i only have 2 final four teams left. Not doing so good this year. At least my final is still in, Ku - Duke. Ohio state worries me. Hadn't really seen them play much this year untill tourney. I still think if Morriss twins play to capacity, Ku is going to be hard to beat.

guess i don't have to worry about ohio st any more. ku- beats kentucky in the final new prediction.

no doubt. I am kinda glad it was over my wife and kids are getting tired of me yelling at the tv. hopefully we will have football, since i gave up on the royals long ago.
