Why labs make the best hunting dogs.

I have a place south of Hays- I'll run one of my Britts with your lab- yours has to back, sit, or you can control to not bust in and flush mines point- 1 shot per flush- neither can fight for a retrieve- first one there has to be able to bring it to the gunner-

I only get one shot per flush? Anyone who has read my posts will know that won't work out well for me:eek:

Great pics Shadow. Elevation shouldn't be a problem, most of our "valley quail" hunting takes place between 200-2000' elevation and we shouldn't have a problem finding 100 birds. Now mountain quail are a different story, 7000' plus and small coveys, usually around 10-12 birds.

Awesome pictures Shadow. Clarity is really good. What type of camera you got there?

Kodak Easy Share C195- small, light, 5X Zoom, fits in my right vest inside pocket- doesn't do to bad for Walmart $79.00

carptom1- I apoligize- thought you were refering to a heads-up competition
