Shot my first woodcock while out pheasant hunting this year. And a late season dove come to think of it.

I have shot ducks, a goose and pheasants on the same trip.
Pheasants and quail were a given when I was growing up.
I shot a rooster and a prairie chicken on the same trip.
I killed a rooster and a 25 pound turkey 2 1/2 miles from my truck with no good way to carry the turkey!
All of those trips have special memories for me because they just don't happen every time out. The memories are a bonus too.
