There is (and I think for some time) an urban agriculture program, never heard of it being CRP.

No, I don't - it was an item in the "newsletter" I get from USDA because I have some CRP. I didn't read, much less save it - may be the same thing.
Sounds like our government is paying me not to grow stuff while apparently paying urbanites to do so.

Maybe I can get my snoot into both ends of the trough - my lawn is just short of an acre, and I'm tired of mowing it.
