Let me say, I believe just about nothing anymore when it comes to some of these crimes.
I have known a very good man for a good many years. He drove bus for a local school Dist. One day some brat girls who's parents have too much money and they think they don't have to listen or abide by any rules, were causing trouble on the bus. He told them they better shape up or he would have them shoveling/cleaning goat pens on his farm. He was trying to be a little funny, well trying to make them understand how good they have it(spoiled brats). Hoping they would settle down and mind.
Nope
Instead these girls went to the school superintendent and told him that their bus driver tried to lure them to his home. He found himself in front of the school board and officials facing termination and possible charges. He ultimately quit his job and will never put himself in that position again, but see how this could have went.
Also in Minnesota some years back. There was a big child molestation deal in Jordan Mn. IT was on the news every night. Peoples lives were ruined. It turned out to be one women who basically brain washed these kids(county prosecutor) and drove it in to their heads until she had them molded to charge the adults with molestation charges.

The pressure put on some and the legal costs could very well make someone plead guilty just to try and make the stress and heartache end. I live not far from where this person who drowned was accused of his crime. My wife works in the neighboring town. I can't even recall this making the news, neither could she. If he did truly harm a child. He's being dealt with by our creator. If not, he's being dealt with by our creator. He is the real judge and jury.
