Some UGUIDE Opener Results

So your saying there's some birds? lol:cheers:

Nick

Chris,

Good to hear and see that all your hard work is paying off, for you, and your hunters.:cheers:

Nothing like pics of successful happy hunters to tell the story.

Safari,High Brass and Nebraska your not going to take this laying down are you?????

Why antagonize?

If you can't shoot limits or near limits of roosters on opening weekend on private land that is managed for pheasants in South Dakota, then we are in deep trouble.

Glad some guys had some good days...... I just hope I can have some of the same! I dont mind having to work for some birds, thats how it is everywhere else anyways. ;)

U-guide, see you at Old bank Friday. We're bummed the bar next door burned down. The Saloon had great burgers and cheaper whiskey than if I brought my own.

Meadow Creek had a limit for 9 guys by 4:30

Pheasant Camp Lodge had limit for 8 at close

Boars Nest was tough going and had 12 birds for 20 guys by 5pm. No dogs and lots of rain and corn in yet. Wet. (this is where I was filming)

He is a pic of a 2013 opener limit of South Dakota Roosters taken by some Missouri Boys.

Headed to Roscoe-Hosmer tomorrow and Gunners Haven on Monday

Additional Pheasant Camp Reports:

Faulkton Pheasant Camp - Limits for all 3 days
West River Adventure Pheasant Camp - Limit for all 3 days
Boars Nest Pheasant Camp - Tough sledding as many standing crops and 1 bird per person average per day
Roscoe-Hosmer Pheasant Camp - Tough sledding as many standing crops and 1 bird per person average per day
Gunners Haven - Tough sledding as many standing crops and 1 bird per person average per day

Here's some more photos from West River and the lodge at Roscoe-Hosmer. Fun times with the boys even after a tough day of hunting. The owner has some gals that came in a fixed us an amzing prime rib dinner.

i agree 100% BRITTMAN limits on lands farmed for pheasants should be EZ to come by on opener??? im wait n for a pic like that to come off public lands then id be excited as all get out!!!

i would also be excited if i had a hunt booked with U-GUIDE & his farms/leased lands!!! looks like a blast...

thought you could not book a hunt with out a hunting dog at a U-GUIDE camp??? thought we would have to pay for a guide with a dog to hunt with us if we didnt have a proven hunting dog??? or we would loss to many downed birds in the field ETC.???
