Awesome pics and thanks for sharing. I tried starting a similar thread the other day when I found a bunch of my pics from last year's scouting trip and a couple from the drive out to the field on the opener. The fog is setting in and it helps get the mood going.

I'll be back after I visit photoshop or one of those sites for resizing.

Dang, y'all sure are trying your dead-level best to make it hard on a man who can hardly stand waiting a couple more months already!!! ;)

Great Photos

Thanks to all for the beautiful photos.

I say forget what the other guys are saying about making it hard on 'em and keep the pics coming. This is what gets me through a typical day over here. Love the pics, need more!!!

@HUNTIN4FUN - HOOAAHHH, kudos to ya & hurry home safe - glad a taste from back home could help brighten your day a little!!!

I really like the one of the Rooster flushing. Man that gets a hunters blood to boiling. All of them very nice pictures. The snow one makes me happy I'm not living in the midwest anymore...........Bob

thanks guys, it sure helps when it is still 96 degrees here today.....if anyone has any more, post away!

Here's an interesting photo of a friend's dog. We were quail hunting in SE Kansas and my buddy dropped a quail which ran into a packrat's nest. I would never have believed it if it hadn't been right in front of me. I could have grabbed the quail when it ran by, but what's the point of having dogs...? Anyway, his dog was digging in from one side and my dog was digging in from the other side. The dogs finally met in the middle and my dog came out with the quail.
Anybody who says English pointers don't retrieve should have seen how hard this gal was working to get that bird out of there. Ultimately, the GWP got the bird, but I give this dog an A+ for effort.

I think I've successfully resized some photos, transported them, and downloaded them for your viewing pleasure. I'm no photographer, but I tried to capture the essence of coffee and gunpowder in the morning. I can hear the dogs whining with excitement now......I'm getting chills, it is time to go bird hunting!!
