Kick'em Up!

About 250 miles from door to field, round about 3 hours (only takes about 2 1/2 you usually dont see the 'fuzz' when you get out on 36 lol)

323 miles - part of that is on the CO/KS border so i usually have my foot in it. For a short amount of time during this trip, i'd rather not see any roosters up close.

It'll be about 350 miles the first weekend and the last weekend. The rest I try to do closer or I'll go broke. Lol. Can't get enough time off work to go all the time.

not our opening day spot, but my favorite place to go , we usually head out right before christmas, 386 miles about 6 hours... from the east part of the state, almost to colorado , makes for a fun trip

Four Hours, 286 Miles

It's a fer piece but I have fun looking at the scenery and when I get there.

OH hmmmm, 6'.:D

I tried when a kid shooting them from the porch. Unfortunately as I pumped a shell in the Model 97 as I stepped out the front door onto the "L" shaped porch it went off, putting a hole in the house. No one hurt and learned a valuable lesson that day.

Today I don't shoot from the porch, although a bull elk in the yard might tempt me.:)

About 1400 miles from southern California. Around 24 hours driving unless I pull over and do a couple of short snoozes. In that case add 2-3 more hours.

15hr drive straight through from GA - last year drove it alone and hit KC about 1am to blinding snow storm all way to Great Bend...worth it though
