You guys in Colorado getting a little of the white stuff??? Looks like you are.
Ended up with almost 8 inches here in northern Colorado Springs. I know up by Woodland Park they got about 12inches....
It is a good wet snow as well.

What I would give to be out in the snow chasin' cockbirds today!!!!
You know, we will get this weather this week and then come next weekend on opening day it will be 60degrees

I hope it isn't that warm, would be nice if it was cloudy, spitting some snow, snow on the ground and stay in the 30s all day.
I know the weather can change a whole lot between now and 12 Nov...anyone have an idea on what it will be?

Welp Greg, looks like you went & hit the nail on the head with your opening day pre-forecast!
Wish we could be out there today (Tues/Nov 8th) just a few days early while there is blowing snow & brrhh/cold temps for the dogs - oh well, maybe there will still at least be some tiny hint of moisture on the ground with the several recent snows...Either way really looking forward to some bird-filled wknd fun, even if it's mostly under a warm sun! :thumbsup: :cheers:

I am sorry if I got it right, I was hoping not too. Good thing is that I can get a suntan
Hopefully there will be some leftover snow and whatever in the shady spots.
I just don't want it to be like windy as all get out....
Hunting in short sleeve shirts by lunchtime I guess.
I think Sunday is suppose to be cooler though.

I don't mind a little fair-weather rooster chasin to begin with - there will be plenty of time for the white stuff with those late-season educated runnin-devils when a little extra odds in favor of the hunter are really needed & appreciated! Hopefully we can help cleanse the easy-pickins gene pool for the fair-weather opening wknd warm-up... :cheers:
