The lace up 800 g thinsulate ones. Anyone tried them? I like the looks of them and the price is tight at 100 bucks. If they last 2-3 winters theyd be worth it. If you have them, are they true to size?

I’ll answer my own topic. These went on sale on black Friday for 60 bucks so I bought them. Just wearing them around the house, they are really comfortable. True to size, maybe even a little big, especially width. Could wear really thick socks with these. Very stiff, completely made of cordura so not sure how they’ll break in. This is my third Rogers branded item ive bought and all seem extremely well made.

Danner Pronghorns are comfortable, but they are absolute junk. And they have doubled in price.
I don't know what happened to Danner boots. They used to be great and now suck (maybe Bass Pro bought them :)). I know its only a week later but what do you think of the Toughmans? I might give a pair a try.

The only all cordura boot I have purchased didn't last a season before wearing holes through the fabric. It wasn't on the toes, as I used the rubber "tool dip" for protect/cover there.

I’ve got a pair of Danners from the late 90’s. Still going strong. A bit heavy for upland or else I’d just wear them.

I haven't had them on outside yet. It’s been single digits with snow but still wearin uninsulated boots and merino wool. These will be for coyote calling and jamuary birds.

I got a pair, they are in the box being returned. They didn’t fit well and I know they would hurt my left foot within a few miles.
