Rio

I've gone through a few boxes of them in different gauges and liked them fine.

I am going to try them. I saw a duck hunting with a guy shooting an autoloader with bright shiney blue cartridges all over the water and ground. I wondered how that worked? If I did that the ducks would be gone! But the shells did the job.

i bought 4 boxes of 00 buck. maybe ill blow a box off tomorrow to see how they are. i like how the shells aren't opaque, but more see-through.

What I'm finding with Rio, Gamebore and few other cheaper foreign made shells is, they seem to work fine but you best clean your gun daily. I didn't swab the barrel's on one of my prized O/U's for 10 days to 2 weeks, as I was making a short walk each day and the gun was only fired a few times. The weather was warm and dry. When I went to swabbing the barrels. The patches came out orange. That only tells me one thing. The barrel's looked clean and shinny when I was done but that was rust IMO. That tells me these shells are more corrosive then better quality American made ammo.

I definately agree the dirtiest shell i have ever shot!! But people on here say shoot clean so i dont know all i know is better clean your gun at the end of the day cause they left like this paper looking stuff in my chamber i guess powder heck i dont know and the only reason i bought them they were on sale at cabelas for like 4 a box i said i will try them lol

They shoot fine but clean the gun after every session. I do that anyways but some don't.

I blame myself. I usually clean my gun everyday I use it, including wiping it down even when I never shot the gun. Even in the safe. I clean the guns once a month in the off season at least. My bad, seems tough to get'er done anymore since I have gotten ill. Weak and fatigued most days. Still no excuse.

Those are some of the reasons that I only enjoy the HeviShot family
of ammo. They are not a "Dirty" shell and they even offer a CLASSIC
DOUBLE shell that is easy on vintage firearms.
