To the red setter guys out there:

Where did you get your dog? I am starting to think about getting another. I want a small little female. 35lbs or less. I am currently looking at Celtic, Bearcat, and Berg Bros.

No. I just want a smaller dog. I like to be able to fit 4 dogs in a 2 hole dog box.

My wife wants our next dog to be a red setter, at least so far. We just got an english setter from berg bros this past spring, so the next wouldn't come for a while, but if I was getting one I would talk to them again.

I have seen and heard enough about the Berg Bros operation that I'd seriously consider one from them. A guy I know well hunts over one regularly.

They are "breeders". 90% of the other people with puppies for sale today are simply "puppy producers"
