Photo Feathers???

Anyone have a clue what species this is? Someone emailed me asking me what bird these feathers are from because she makes jewelry earrings. She had me curious because I have no clue? Anyone?

I think I bought some like them a few years back at a fly tying shop, can not remeber what they were from though, you might try a fly tying shop around you and they may be able to help.

They look like they could be the tailfeathers of a Reeves pheasant to me Webguy.

Could some of them be from a barred plymouth rock rooster (chicken)? I think some have been dyed
