I hear ya...Benton county is probably even scarier.The only area I have seen deer hunters driving public land was in Stearns County.

Yes, I would. That's why I stay out of there for 9 days in November.I would imagine you would quickly and permanently lose your pheasant hunting privileges if you interfered with the deer hunting on those properties.
