Pheasant hunter

About 50lbs!:D Jk guys, I had to do it.

The duck hunter has less common sense. Gets up at 3 in the morning, wonders around in the cold, windy, rainy, snowey morning, stands in the frigid water or laying downn in the snow all morning, eats such things as sardines, honey buns, drinks luke warnm coffee with mud around the edge of the cup, and has way to much crap laying around on the floor of the garage and house. Wow! come to think of it I dont have much common sense myself.

The duck hunter is a better cook.

You all have good points. However jsdriggs is dead on balls accurate. Duck hunters better know how to Cook. LOL :D

Yeah, I don't think I've ever heard the phrase, "Duck season is coming soon, I better start exercising." Anybody??? Any sport you can do WHILE eating probably isn't too physically taxing.

Their wardrobe . . .

LOL. I guess that's a good thing for some folks.:)

We all have family and friends were chasing wild rooster are well behind them now.

Sitting in a duck blind with coffee in one hand and breakfast in the other, watching us younger guys getting stuck in the mud/muck while putting out the decoys, working with muddy dogs, etc is their thing now.

Can't say I mind the whole thing all that much.;) Though I'd take chasing wild rooster over waiting for ducks 100 to 1.

Most of my duck hunting is done at the same time as my pheasant hunting. :) Not much added costs, little more for non toxic shot I reckon.

Yeah, mixed bags are great mnmt:thumbsup:

Unfortunately I lost an area in 2002-2003 to the county. The property had great filter strips w/pheasants, two duck/goose ponds, and a wood duck magnet creek running through the property.

I miss coming home with a mixed bag of ducks, geese, doves, and wild pheasants from that place!!!:(

Here's a photo of a nice wild rooster I shot out there.
